Sabio, a California-based ad-tech company that specializes in delivering highly targeted ads, insights and services in ad-supported streaming, closed a new credit facility pursuant to the terms of a credit agreement between its U.S. operating subsidiaries and SLR Digital Finance (SLRDF).
SLR Business Credit rebranded its subsidiary Fast Pay Partners to SLR Digital Finance, which will provide asset-based loans and factoring facilities to ad tech and digital media businesses throughout the U.S.
Fast Pay Partners, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SLR Business Credit, increased and extended the maturity of its $25 million credit facility with The Arena Group.
Randy Mitzman joined SLR Business Credit as a senior vice president and managing director. He will be primarily focused on SLR’s FastPay subsidiary. Mitzman was previously with FastPay and spent the last two years at a specialty asset-based lender in the direct-to-consumer and e-commerce space.
