Perry Pelos will retire from Wells Fargo in April 2022 and Kyle Hranicky, head of Middle Market Banking, will succeed him as CEO of its Commercial Banking segment, effective immediately. Hranicky will report to CEO Charlie Scharf and serve on the company’s Operating Committee.
Wells Fargo named Cesar Gonzalez head of operations for commercial banking. He will join the company on Aug. 30 and will lead business and lending operations for Wells Fargo’s commercial banking business.
Wells Fargo named Ruth Jacks head of data and transformation for commercial banking. Jacks joined the company on June 14 and will report to Perry Pelos, head of commercial banking at Wells Fargo.
Wells Fargo named David Marks, current head of Capital Finance, to succeed Ed Blakey, who is retiring, as head of Wells Fargo Commercial Finance.
Walter Dolhare and Robert Engel have been appointed as co-heads of Wells Fargo Securities, the company’s capital markets, sales and trading, and investment banking business.
Wells Fargo announced that Perry Pelos, EVP and group head of the Commercial Banking business will take on an expanded leadership role overseeing Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking and Treasury Management.
