Perella Weinberg announced that Clinton Ray and Guy Morgan will join the firm’s Advisory business in June 2019, based in London. Ray will join PWP as a partner, and Morgan will join as a managing director. Ray and Morgan bring significant experience in restructuring, debt advisory and liability management.
Perella Weinberg has appointed Andrea Prochniak as a managing director and global head of Investor Relations & Corporate Affairs for the firm.
Perella Weinberg Partners has added Jérôme Brassart as a managing director in its Advisory business. Brassart will lead the firm’s Utilities and Infrastructure Sector effort within PWP’s Industrials team.
Chris Blake joined Perella Weinberg as a partner in its Advisory business. He will be based in Chicago and cover industrials with a focus on the automotive sector.
Richard Sherlund joined Perella Weinberg as a partner in its Advisory business to enhance its technology franchise. Based in San Francisco, he joins from Barclays, where he was chairman of Software Investment Banking.
Perella Weinberg will open a new office in Los Angeles led by Christopher S. Mead, who joined the firm as a partner in the Advisory business.
Perella Weinberg said it will launch a new private equity strategy focused on investing in growth companies in the lower middle market. David Ferguson and Chip Baird have joined the firm to lead the new strategy.
