Investment-as-a-service global asset allocation platform Hi2 Global entered into a partnership with Percent, a financial technology company focused on the private credit markets, to reshape the landscape of private credit transactions.
According to Percent’s 2024 private credit outlook, amidst an uncertain future environment, the economy has held steady and private credit continues to be top choice for alternative financing, with the asset class now standing at $1.3 trillion in assets under management.
According to a study from private credit platform Percent, 63% of asset managers, hedge funds and wealth managers intend to increase their allocations to private credit due to predictions that the asset class will outperform other investment opportunities.

Nomura Strategic Ventures (NSV) provided financing to support Percent’s innovation and growth through its venture debt fund, Nomura Strategic Ventures Fund 1. Nomura will also explore using the platform for their own deals.
Percent and Anzen launched a new risk mitigation tool that offers accredited investors on Percent’s platform access to credit default swaps, providing an added level of protection in the case of a default or related event.
Percent, a capital markets platform, acquired the proprietary portfolio surveillance and risk management technology of MidCap Financial, a specialty finance firm managed by Apollo Capital Management. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
