Lauri A. Wood, CFO of Peoples Financial, the parent company of The Peoples Bank, will retire from the company. Peoples Financial hired Leslie B. Fulton to replace Wood as CFO.

The Peoples Bank promoted Karen B. Arguelles to vice president/Commercial Lending, Brian J. Kozlowski to senior vice president and chief administrative officer and A. Tanner Swetman to senior vice president and chief operating officer.
