Salus Capital Provides DIP in National Envelope Bankruptcy

The WSJ reported National Envelope has filed Chapter 11 and is seeking court approval of $67.5 million in financing from Salus Capital Partners. The loan will allow for the payoff $50.5 million in loans owed to a lender group led by Wells Fargo Capital Finance.
