WSJ: Citigroup, Others Provide Alibaba $8B Financing

International Game Technology entered into an amended and restated credit agreement for a $1 billion, five-year credit facility with The Royal Bank of Scotland as administrative agent and swing line lender.
Banc of America Securities led a 15-bank syndicate for JSC VTB Bank’s $2 billion term loan. The three-year facility marks the largest syndicated facility by a financial institution in Russia since 2011.
Gardner Denver and KKR announced the companies have entered into a merger agreement in a transaction valued at $3.9 billion. Debt financing of $3.4 billion will be provided by a lender group to support the transaction.
