Pathward, a financial empowerment company, unveiled its new corporate brand and the launch of the company’s new website, Pathward.com. This follows the company’s name change from MetaBank earlier this year.
Crestmark added Richard Bollinger and William Houng Jr. to the sales team for Crestmark Equipment Finance and Robert Abraham, Andrew Disch and Nicholas Wagner to the sales team for its working capital group. In addition, the company promoted Dean Allman to western region sales manager.
Crestmark, the commercial finance division of MetaBank, secured a total of $25.95 million in asset-based lending and factoring financial solutions for 23 new clients in May.
Crestmark secured $12,801,160 in asset-based lending and factoring financial solutions for 11 new clients and Crestmark’s structured finance group provided $1.6 million in financing for one new client in the second half of April.
MetaBank, the parent company of Crestmark, is changing its name to Pathward. The company will make certain changes immediately and fully transition to the name Pathward by the end of this calendar year.
