IDB Bank Expands Merchant Financial Group’s Credit Facility to $400MM

Merchant Financial Group expanded its existing credit facility from $372 million to $400 million to support the company’s growth and expansion of its financial services. IDB Bank is operating as the administrative and collateral agent on the transaction.

Merchant Financial Group expanded its existing credit facility from $323 million to $372 million. IDB Bank served as sole lead arranger, sole bookrunner and administrative agent on the transaction.
