Legacy Corporate Lending provided a $25 million asset-based credit facility to Fairway Lumber, a wholesale trader of lumber, plywood, wood pellets and related products founded in 1997 and primarily operating on the East Coast. The financing was finalized in March.
Legacy Corporate Lending hired Sean Spring as executive vice president of portfolio management. Spring will be responsible for ensuring new and existing transactions are maintained in compliance with the firm’s portfolio management guidelines and credit policies.

Bain Capital Credit’s private credit group invested $1.3 million to support middle-market and private equity-backed companies during the first half of 2023. The group has invested more than $20 billion across more than 475 portfolio companies since inception.
Legacy Corporate Lending hired Anthony DiChiara as managing director of originations. DiChiara will be based in Chicago and be responsible for leading the origination and structuring of new loan transactions in the Midwest.
Legacy Corporate Lending completed a $10 million asset-based revolving line of credit for Franklin Baker, which will use the proceeds to support ongoing working capital needs and continued growth.
