Intrepid Potash entered into a new revolving credit agreement with Bank of Montreal, which provides additional borrowing capacity of up to $35 million.
Intrepid Potash reached an agreement with its lender group to reduce its credit facility and extend the covenants until June 30, 2016. U.S. Bank served as administrative agent.
