NFI Group Enters Comprehensive Refinancing Plan with Several Lenders

NFI Group, an independent bus and coach manufacturer, is working to complete a comprehensive refinancing plan, which will include amendments to its existing senior secured credit facilities.

Bank of Nova Scotia and HSBC Amend NFI Group’s Credit Facilities

NFI Group amended its existing $1.25 billion senior revolving credit facility and £50 million ($61 million) revolving UK credit facility. The Bank of Nova Scotia is the administrative agent for the revolver and HSBC UK is the administrative agent for the UK facility.

NFI Amends Existing Facilities with Bank of Nova Scotia and HSBC

NFI amended its existing $1.25 billion senior revolving credit facility and its £50 million ($67.6 million) revolving UK credit facility. The Bank of Nova Scotia is the administrative agent for the $1.25 billion revolver and HSBC UK is the administrative agent for the UK credit facility.

HSBC, Others Support Finsbury Foods Acquisition of Ultrapharm

Welsh specialty bakery manufacturer Finsbury Foods secured an additional £15 million ($19 million) finance package from HSBC UK and its other banking partners to support the acquisition of gluten free bakery business Ultrapharm.
