Hennessey Capital said it has formally changed its name to Hitachi Business Finance. The change comes one year after Hennessey Capital was acquired by Hitachi Capital America Corp.
ACM Capital Partners announced it obtained $8 million in asset-based financing from Hennessey Capital for its client, TowerComm, a veteran of wireless tower services.
Hennessey Capital said it continues to see growth in the manufacturing sector. Of the new clients the company has secured recently, 66% are manufacturers, to which Hennessey provided more than $1 million total.
Hennessey Capital launched its new FactorFinance product. The program provides factoring companies access to working capital lines of credit and ancillary credit support services.
