Dr. Gautam Bhandari, co-founder and managing partner of I Squared Capital, a global infrastructure investment manager, was appointed global chief investment officer of the firm. Bhandari will be responsible for leading the firm’s global investment strategy in close collaboration with Dr. Sadek Wahba, founder, chairman and managing partner of I Square Capital.

I Squared Capital invested approximately $200 million as a first tranche of a $300 million equity raise in AG&P City Gas, a Singapore-based company that is developing 12 city gas distribution networks, or concessions, in India.
