Tronox closed a $1.5 billion first lien term loan credit facility and a $500 million asset-based revolving syndicated facility. Wells Fargo was administrative agent for the ABL, and Bank of America was administrative agent for the term loan.
Upland Software closed a $200 million credit facility with Wells Fargo Capital Finance and CIT Bank as lead arrangers. Goldman Sachs USA, Regions Bank and Citizens Bank participated in the financing.
Cotiviti amended the terms of its existing term loan B facility which included a reduction in the LIBOR spread over LIBOR from 2.75% to 2.50%.
