Deutsche Advises, Credit Suisse Finances Genworth Acquisition
Aquiline Capital Partners and Genstar Capital agreed to acquire Genworth Wealth Management from Genworth Financial for $412.5 million. Aquiline and Genstar were advised by Deutsche Bank. Credit Suisse provided debt financing.
