The Singing Machine Company, a designer and distributor of consumer karaoke products, closed a $2 million senior credit facility with Oxford Commercial Finance, a subsidiary of Oxford Bank.

Fifth Third Bank Provides $15MM in Financing to The Singing Machine Company

The Singing Machine Company entered into an agreement for senior secured financing with Fifth Third Bank. Under the agreement, Fifth Third will provide the company with up to $15 million in asset-based lending during the company’s peak shipping season and reduce to $7.5 million.

Crestmark, Iron Horse Provide $12.5MM in Financing to Singing Machine

The Singing Machine Company entered into a two-year loan and security agreement for a $10 million financing facility with Crestmark on eligible accounts receivable. The company also executed an agreement with Iron Horse Credit for up to $2.5 million in inventory financing.
