Cloud services provider Fusion acquired privately-held MegaPath Holding. To support this acquisition and the recent acquisition of Birch, Fusion closed a $640 million credit facility with Wilmington Trust as administrative agent.
Fusion, a provider of cloud services, closed its acquisition of the business services unit of Birch Communications. Goldman Sachs served as administrative agent for $680 million in financing to support the buy.
Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and MUFG will act as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners for senior secured credit facilities for Fusion to support the company’s acquisition of Birch Communications. The facilities are expected to include a $570 million term loan.
Fusion, a cloud services provider, has acquired Herndon, VA-based Apptix. The acquisition was financed with a new $70 million senior secured credit facility led by East West Bank.
Fusion said the company completed a debt refinancing that includes a new $40 million senior secured credit facility with Opus Bank.
