Farmers National Banc Corp., the holding company for Farmers National Bank, completed the merger of Cortland Bancorp, the holding company for Cortland Bank, into a newly-formed subsidiary of Farmers. Following the merger, Cortland Bank was merged with and into Farmers National Bank.
