Royal Bank of Canada Supports WELL Health Technologies’ Acquisition of MyHealth

WELL Health Technologies entered into a definitive share purchase agreement to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of MyHealth Partners. The Royal Bank of Canada is leading a syndicate of banks in providing new senior credit facilities to support the transaction.

NBC, ATB, CWBank Fund Spartan Delta Acquisition with $100MM Facility

National Bank of Canada, ATB Financial and Canadian Western Bank provided a $100 million senior secured lending facility to help fund Spartan Delta’s acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Bellatrix Exploration.
