Doral Renewables Closes a $400MM Equity Investment from APG

Doral Renewables, a U.S. developer, owner and operator of renewable energy and storage projects, closed a $400 million minority equity investment by Dutch pension APG on behalf of Dutch pension fund ABP.

KeyBanc Coordinates $285MM Debt Financing Package for Doral Renewables

Doral Renewables closed a project debt financing package. KeyBanc Capital Markets acted as coordinating lead arranger and administrative agent, and HSBC and Santander Corporate & Investment Banking acted as joint lead arrangers for the $285 million financing.
