Independent Bank Group appointed Paul Langdale CFO. Langdale will be replacing Michelle Hickox, who has served as CFO of Independent Bank Group and its subsidiary, Independent Bank, since 2012. Hickox will remain employed in an advisory capacity until Oct. 1.
James C. White will retire from Independent Bank Group and from his role as executive vice president and chief operations officer. The company named Bill Wade executive vice president and chief information officer and Daniel App executive vice president and head of operations.
Independent Bank Group, the parent company of Independent Bank, changed its executive leadership to position the company for long-term success and to best serve its customers, communities and shareholders. Michael B. Hobbs will serve as president and COO, effective as of Oct. 1, 2021.
