Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield closed a previously announced new $1 billion term loan facility with a maturity of Jan. 31, 2030. According to an 8K filed with the SEC, JPMorgan Chase is the administrative and collateral agent for the facility.
Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, amended its current credit agreement that extends the maturity of $1 billion of its existing $2.6 billion senior secured term loan.
Cushman & Wakefield has further strengthened its Capital Markets team in Chicago with the additions of Jeff Altenau as executive managing director and Zach Yarnoff as managing director.
