Crown Capital closed a $15 million term loan for Triple Five Intercontinental Group, a privately held, Calgary-based company engaged in the exploration, development and production of petroleum and natural gas.
CRH Medical increased its credit facility to $100 million and added a $25 million accordion feature. JPMorgan Chase Bank joined the syndicate of lenders led by The Bank of Nova Scotia.
Crown Capital has agreed to provide a $12 million bridge loan to Petrowest as part of the company’s restructuring effort. Crown will also refinance the company’s existing term loan, increasing the amount from $12 million to $15 million.
Crown Capital Partners closed a $15 million term loan agreement with Bill Gosling Outsourcing Holding, a provider of call center solutions.
Knight Therapeutics said it entered into a secured debt agreement with CRH Medical. Knight’s loan of $30 million will be complemented by a sub-secured loan of C$22.5 million ($19.8 million) from Crown Capital.
