CRH Medical has entered into a new, three-year revolving credit facility which provides up to $200 million in borrowing capacity, and represents an increase from the company’s previous $100 million facility.
CRH Medical increased its credit facility to $100 million and added a $25 million accordion feature. JPMorgan Chase Bank joined the syndicate of lenders led by The Bank of Nova Scotia.
CRH Medical entered into an agreement with The Bank of Nova Scotia for a $55 million senior secured revolving syndicated credit facility, an increase from $33 million. The increased facility includes US Bank as a partner to CRH and Scotiabank.
CRH Medical said it entered into an agreement with Scotiabank for a $33 million senior secured revolver that will replace existing debt and assist in the financing of future acquisitions.
