Crestmark promoted David Menoian to government guaranteed lending business unit president. Menoian is based in Troy, MI, and will oversee the company’s SBA and USDA lending portfolio. He will report to Christopher Soupal, division president for Crestmark.
Crestmark added Jeffrey Mitchell and Mena Rizk to its team. In their new roles, Mitchell and Rizk will be responsible for business development of the company’s commercial lending offerings.
Crestmark secured a total of $15.15 million in asset-based lending/factoring financial solutions for seven new clients and Crestmark’s government guaranteed lending group provided $18,126,800 in financing for four new clients in the second half of March.
Crestmark named Rick Pierman senior vice president and business unit president of Crestmark Equipment Finance. Pierman previously held the role of senior vice president of strategic operations with Crestmark Equipment Finance.

Crestmark appointed Charles D. Starck as vice president and business development officer of the commercial business credit group. Starck has more than 15 years of commercial finance experience, most recently serving as managing director of commercial banking for Hiawatha National Bank.
