BofA, RBC, MerchCap Arrange $320MM for Mitel

Mitel said it completed the refinancing of its first and second lien facilities with $320 million in new credit facilities. The company said BofA Merrill Lynch, RBC Capital Markets and MerchCap Solutions were joint lead arrangers on the transaction.

JPMorgan Agents $110MM Magnetation Deal

Magnetation, an iron ore concentrate reclamation company, closed $110 million of senior secured credit facilities. JPMorgan Chase is the administrative agent and J.P. Morgan Securities acted as the sole lead arranger and bookrunner of the syndication.

BMO Harris Provides Facility to Support ESA Acquisition

BMO Harris Bank’s Sponsor Finance group said it was sole lead arranger, sole bookrunner and is administrative agent for $21 million in senior credit facilities to support an acquisition by Educational Services of America.
