Wings Capital Partners closed a $500 million secured loan facility with a syndicate of six major international banks. Deutsche Bank acted as structuring agent on the transaction.
Iron Mountain, a storage and information management services company, closed on a $700 million syndicated term loan B facility. JPMorgan is administrative agent and joint lead arranger and bookrunner along with Barclays.
Iron Mountain Australia closed on an AU$250 million ($192 million) term loan B facility. Barclays, Credit Agricole Securities and HSBC Australia served as joint lead arrangers.
Dynegy completed the pricing of a term loan totaling $2 billion arranged by SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Mitsubishi UFJ, RBC Capital Markets, BNP Paribas and Credit Agricole.
