PrimeEnergy entered into a third amended and restated credit agreement for up to $300 million with Compass Bank as administrative agent, and Citibank and Wells Fargo as lenders.
Magellan Health entered into a credit agreement with The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ and a syndicate of banks that provides for a $200 million delayed draw term loan to subsidiary Magellan Pharmacy Services.
Nobilis Health entered into an $82.5 million credit facility. Compass Bank served as administrative agent for the transaction.
Holly Energy Partners amended its existing revolving credit facility to increase the maximum amount from $850 million to $1.2 billion. Wells Fargo served as administrative agent for the transaction.
Sanchez Energy announced the borrowing base under its revolving credit facility was changed from $550 million to $500 million. Royal Bank of Canada served as administrative agent.
