CEC Entertainment, a nationally recognized company in family entertainment and dining, successfully amended and extended its existing revolving credit agreement. JPMorgan Chase Bank served as lead arranger with Goldman Sachs Bank USA as joint lead arranger.

Chuck E. Cheese, Peter Piper Pizza to Receive $200MM in DIP Financing

CEC Entertainment, the owner/operator of Chuck E. Cheese and Peter Piper Pizza, entered into a plan support agreement with consenting creditors and received a commitment for $200 million in debtor-in-possession financing from certain of its first lien lenders.

Hastings Advises Lenders in Apollo’s Chuck E. Cheese Buy

Paul Hastings announced it represented Deutsche, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and UBS in the financing for a $1.3 billion acquisition by Apollo Global Management of CEC Entertainment, which operates 577 Chuck E. Cheese’s restaurants.

NYT: Goldman, Others Advise on Apollo’s Chuck E. Cheese Parent Buyout

The New York Times reported Goldman Sachs and the law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges are advising CEC Entertainment in Apollo Global Management’s acquisition of CEC, the parent company of Chuck E. Cheese.
