JPMorgan, Citi and Wells Fargo Support APA’s Acquisition of Callon Petroleum

APA Corporation will acquire Callon Petroleum Company in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $4.5 billion. JPMorgan Chase Bank, Citigroup Global Markets and Wells Fargo Bank jointly provided $2 billion of committed financing for the deal.

JPMorgan Chase Extends Callon Petroleum’s $2B Revolver

Callon Petroleum Company entered into an amended and restated senior secured revolving credit facility that extends the facility’s maturity to Oct. 19, 2027. According to an 8K filed with the SEC, JPMorgan Chase is the administrative agent for the facility.
