Castleton Commodities International closed a $2.2 billion borrowing base facility consisting of a $1 billion 18-month tranche and a $1.2 billion two-year tranche. The facility also includes a $1 billion accordion, which remains available to support future liquidity needs and growth.
Castleton Commodities International closed on a $1.7 billion borrowing base facility. BNP Paribas, MUFG, Société Générale, Citibank, Coöperatieve Rabobank, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and Natixis served as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners for the facility.
Oaktree Capital Management provided a $200 million senior secured term loan to Ashford Hospitality Trust. The term loan can be upsized by $150 million to an aggregate amount of $350 million.
ATM owner and operator Cardtronics entered into a definitive agreement with funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management and Hudson Executive Capital to be acquired for $35 per share in cash.
ACRES Capital acquired Exantas Capital’s management agreement from an affiliate of C-III Capital Partners. Exantas Capital also entered into definitive agreements with MassMutual and Oaktree for new capital commitments aggregating up to $375 million.
