Bridge Bank announced the launch of a Life Sciences Group that will offer customized financial solutions to companies operating the life sciences sector. The group will be led by Robert Lake who was previously executive director at Oxford Finance.
Bridge Bank launched Equity Fund Resources that will serve as a resource to venture capital and private equity investment funds. Michael David, previously with Fifth Street Technology Partners, was hired to lead the expansion.

Bridge Bank announced that Ken Rosenberg has joined its International Banking division as SVP and group manager. Rosenberg was most recently VP of Trade Services at Wells Fargo.
Retail Solutions said it entered into a new credit facility with City National Bank and Bridge Bank that provides for a $16 million revolver to support continued geographic expansion of RSi.
Matt Christensen joined Bridge Bank as senior vice president and San Francisco regional manager. Previously, he held senior-level positions for City National Bank, BofA Merrill and GE Capital.
