Clarence Nunn joined Wells Fargo Wealth & Investment Management as head of diverse segments. Nunn will support Wells Fargo’s focus on expanding its commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
Wells Fargo named Julie Caperton head of its private bank, which is a division of its wealth and investment management (WIM) business. This role will be in addition to Caperton’s current position as head of the banking, lending and trust center of excellence for WIM.
Wells Fargo entered into a definitive agreement to sell Wells Fargo Asset Management to GTCR and Reverence Capital Partners for $2.1 billion. The sale includes Wells Fargo’s business of acting as trustee to its collective investment trusts and all related Wells Fargo Asset Management legal entities.
