Centurion Financial Trust Amends Credit Facility for Assure Holdings

Assure Holdings, a provider of intraoperative neuromonitoring services, amended its credit facility with Centurion Financial Trust, allowing it to access the $3 million second tranche of a $9 million term loan. The first $6 million tranche was previously funded.

Assure Holdings entered into a definitive agreement with Centurion Financial Trust, an investment trust formed by Centurion Asset Management, in respect to an $11 million credit facility comprised of a $6 million senior term loan, a $2 million senior revolving loan and a $3 million senior term acquisition line.

Colorado Business Bank Provides $3MM Facilities to Assure

Colorado Business Bank provided a new $2 million term loan and a $1 million operating line of credit to Assure Holdings, a provider of intraoperative neuromonitoring services.
