Citibank acted as sole structuring agent for Atlas, which closed its $285 million senior secured financing on behalf of its wholly owned subsidiary, APR Energy.
APR Energy named Lee Munro chief financial officer. Prior to joining APR Energy in its early stages, Munro spent 11 years at GE Capital, where he held a number of senior financial and leadership positions.
APR Energy announced it completed a new $770 million credit facility. The facility also contains an accordion feature to expand it to $1 billion. Bank of America Merrill Lynch and HSBC led the lending syndicate.
