Investors Bank’s Healthcare Lending Group has hired James Andrew “Andy” Phelps for the newly created position of senior vice president.

Healthcare Finance Group said Mark Farlin and Andy Phelps have joined the company as SVPs of business development. Farlin and Phelps were previously with Olympus Financial and PNC, respectively.
