Altus Power, a commercial-scale provider of clean electric power, closed a $100 million secured credit facility with an affiliate of Goldman Sachs Asset Management and CPPIB Credit Investments, a subsidiary of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board.

Blackstone Credit Upsizes Credit Facility to $503MM for Altus Power

Altus Power has refinanced its existing senior funding facility with Blackstone Credit’s structured products group to add an additional $135 million, bringing the aggregate facility to $503 million.
