Ally Commercial Finance to be Aligned Under Ally Bank

Ally Commercial Finance announced that effective May 1, 2014, it will be aligned under Ally Bank, the direct banking subsidiary of Ally Financial. The business will change its name to Ally Corporate Finance.

Ally Provides Facility to Support Accelecare Acquisition

Ally Commercial Finance announced it provided a $57.5 million facility to support Revelstoke Capital Partners’ acquisition of Accelecare Wound Centers. Fifth Third Bank and Siemens Financial provided commitments.
