Blackstone Credit & Insurance provided an initial $600 million senior secured credit facility as part of a new partnership with Aligned Data Centers, a technology infrastructure company offering scale data centers and build-to-scale solutions for global hyperscale and enterprise customers.

Citizens, TD and Wells Fargo Increase Sustainability-Linked Loan to $1.75B for Aligned Data Centers

Aligned Data Centers increased its sustainability-linked loan from $375 million to $1.75 billion to accelerate its next phase of strategic growth and expansion. TD Securities, Wells Fargo Securities and Citizens Bank acted as joint bookrunners and joint lead arrangers for the facility.
