Golub Capital acted as administrative agent, lead arranger and sole bookrunner on a unitranche facility to support Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers. Proceeds will be used to support Thompson Street Capital Partners’ refinancing of the company’s existing first lien credit facility.
