Airwavz Solutions closed a $70 million credit facility with AB Private Credit Investors (AB-PCI), the middle market direct lending platform for AllianceBernstein. With this new financing, Airwavz will build upon its position as the market’s go-to provider of smart building wireless infrastructure.
AllianceBernstein, an investment manager, closed AB BSL CLO 2, a $400 million collateralized loan obligation, with JPMorgan Chase acting as lead arranger.
DataBank completed a $410 million term loan B credit facility, providing the company with additional capital at a lower cost. SunTrust Bank served as administrative agent.
