The Position:

This position requires prior Healthcare Finance Field examination experience.

The Senior Field Examiner will obtain information on collateral performance such as turnover, ENV/dilution, ineligibles through Work Paper completion and testwork. Analyze financial and operating data to determine if exam scope needs to be modified and if analysis further supports WP and testwork results. Prepare exam reports highlighting areas of potential exposure for collateral and key exam findings that would be of value to the RM in their monitoring of the credit. Assist Underwriting in understanding the potential borrower’s business and capabilities during the prospect/pre-loan process. Perform takedown availability calculations or ad-hoc analysis as requested. Assist in training of new field examiners, in conveying industry knowledge as appropriate to Underwriting and RMs particularly with regard to health care industry issues, and in modification of exam procedures.
