Yukon Partners, a provider of mezzanine capital for middle market private equity transactions, partnered with Sorenson Capital to support its investment in Axiom Materials.

Orange, CA-based Axiom is a manufacturer of proprietary advanced composite materials and related products for customers in the aerospace and defense, industrial, automotive, medical device and electronics industries. The company provides customized, mission-critical products to more than 300 customers.

Sorenson sponsored the transaction in which it, Yukon and other institutional co-investors facilitated the recapitalization of Axiom. NXT Capital provided the senior credit facility and mezzanine capital was provided by Yukon.
