Yukon Partners, a Minneapolis–based middle market private equity firm, promoted Aaron Arnett to principal and David Sampair to director.

“We are very proud of the team that we are building at Yukon Partners and we are thrilled to be developing talent from within our organization,” said William Dietz, managing partner. “Since joining the firm, both Aaron and Dave have demonstrated their commitment to the Yukon strategy, by taking lead roles with new investments and portfolio companies, and helping to build and position our firm for the future.”

Arnett joined Yukon in 2013 as a director. He was previously a VP at Pohlad Companies, where he was responsible for private equity and mezzanine debt direct investment origination, underwriting and portfolio management.

Sampair joined in 2011 as an associate. He was previously a senior financial analyst with Ameriprise Financial in the Investment Accounting Group. Before that, he was a senior associate at PwC.

Yukon Partners is an independent and unaffiliated mezzanine firm primarily serving middle market private equity sponsored business transactions with a typical investment range of $10 million to $40 million in the U.S. and Canada.
