Wynnchurch Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, promoted Carl Howe and Brian Riordan to vice president and JD Frank and Kevin Hanley to senior associate. Additionally, Wynnchurch hired two new associates, Chris Waldock and Ben Cherry.

Howe joined Wynnchurch in 2012. He previously worked at Houlihan Lokey in the Healthcare M&A division and at Alvarez & Marsal.

Riordan also joined Wynnchurch in 2012 after working at BMO Capital Markets as an investment banking analyst.

Before Frank joined Wynnchurch in 2014, he worked as an analyst at BMO Capital Markets in the Industrials Investment Banking Group.

Hanley also joined Wynnchurch in 2014. Prior to joining, he worked in the Industrials M&A division at Houlihan Lokey and at KeyBanc Capital Markets.

Waldock previously worked in the M&A group at KeyBanc Capital Markets, while Cherry worked as an investment banking analyst at BMO Capital Markets.
