Jay Montgomery has joined Winter Harbor and will be based in Columbia, SC.
Montgomery will be responsible for overseeing corporate reorganizations, turnarounds, and financial transactions. He specializes in strategic planning, process improvement, crisis management, cash flow forecasting, and expanding business operations.
Montgomery has played an integral role in directing accounting and treasury operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and treasury departments. Previously, he oversaw the servicing of four subsidiaries companies, and was responsible for all credit decisions and collections, and ensuring all customer sales tax and federal licenses were in compliance. Montgomery comes to Winter Harbor with 20-years of business management experience.
