Harris Winsberg and Elizabeth Garner joined Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs as partners in its bankruptcy and restructuring practice and commercial finance practice, respectively. Both partners will work out of the firm’s Atlanta office.

Winsberg represents public and private companies, financial institutions, private credit funds, boards of directors, creditors and other parties in all aspects of corporate restructurings, including workouts, bankruptcies, corporate governance matters, distressed asset sales and insolvency-related litigation.

Garner has experience in a variety of commercial, asset-based, senior secured and leveraged finance transactions, with specific industry experience in energy, retail, healthcare, food and beverage, life sciences and sports and entertainment. She has prior experience as internal legal counsel for a large regional bank.
