Wells Fargo Capital Finance announced the promotions of Christian Conroy and Andrew Phillips. Conroy will be responsible for originating senior secured loans for Corporate Finance within the Southwestern U.S. market and Phillips will be responsible for originating senior secured loans for Corporate Finance within the New England market.

Conroy joined Wells Fargo seven years ago and became part of Capital Finance in 2010 as a graduate of the Credit Management Training Program (CMTP). CMTP is a five-month training program offered to strong, talented candidates within Wells Fargo that focuses on building credit and business development skills. Conroy’s was most recently a senior loan originations associate.

An industry leader with almost ten years of senior lending experience, Phillips joined Wells Fargo Capital Finance in 2007 as a loan originations analyst. Over the past six years, Phillips has been an important contributor to the region’s success and has played a significant role in helping strengthen the New England franchise.
