Ridgeland, MS-based Venture Technologies is an IT solutions provider delivering infrastructure solutions, collaboration solutions and cloud services to private and public organizations throughout the U.S. and abroad.
This acquisition extends WhiteLight Group’s ability to provide customers complete and flexible enterprise technology solutions in this increasingly complex technology environment. Combined, the two companies provide best-in-class business applications on premier infrastructure.
For Venture Technologies, this acquisition represents a broader consolidation strategy. “There are numerous quality IT infrastructure and cloud providers operating across the nation, and by diversifying our national platform to include high-end business applications, we are able to expand our capabilities and serve a growing market. WhiteLight Group has built tremendous brand recognition in the Oracle JD Edwards community. We plan to leverage that by positioning them in the lead role of managing this new and growing business applications segment of Venture.” said Gerard Gibert, CEO of Venture Technologies.
The merger and continued consolidation strategy is supported by FlatWorld Capital, a New York-based private equity group that specializes in funding and advising middle-market companies.
